By subscribing to any of the services offered by Dsqr Studio, you (the "Client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service (TOS) agreement. These terms apply to all plans, services, and subscriptions provided by Dsqr Studio.
Dsqr Studio provides video editing services with unlimited video requests and genuine revisions for a flat monthly fee. The plans available are as follows:
Each plan includes unlimited video editing requests, unlimited genuine revisions, a dedicated project manager, and assigned editing team. The plans differ in the number of active requests allowed at a time and additional services like thumbnail design and publishing services (available as add-ons).
Clients can begin by selecting a desired plan and subscribing. Once subscribed, they will receive access to a personalized dashboard to submit video requests. Clients can upload footage, submit requirements, and prioritize one or more videos (depending on their subscription plan) for editing.
Clients are entitled to review and request revisions until they are fully satisfied with the results before moving on to the next video project.
All subscription fees are billed monthly. Payment is required at the beginning of each billing cycle. Clients can subscribe to any of the available plans, and the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled by the Client.
For a limited time offer, Clients committing to a 6-month plan will receive an additional 6 months of service for free. This offer is subject to change or cancellation at Dsqr Studio's discretion.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. No long-term contracts are required, and cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Once canceled, Clients will not be billed for the next period. Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a monthly subscription unless otherwise agreed upon under special circumstances.
Refunds are generally not offered unless Dsqr Studio is unable to fulfil its service requirements due to genuine reasons such as business conflicts or operational issues. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. Dissatisfaction with the service does not qualify for a refund, as the service includes unlimited revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
